Our teachers have over 15 years experience combining the best in training establishments from Body Control, to Pilates Foundation, the two most respected training bodies in the UK. We run group, individual and online sessions, around Shaftesbury and Blandford and across North Dorset.

We are passionate about movement and fascinated in how the body chooses to move to avoid injury and pain. We aim to observe and identify areas of compensation and resolve them using bespoke Pilates movements

Sam Whitford
With a wealth of experience as a Pilates instructor, I'm passionate about helping others understand the power of their bodies.
As a mum, I know first-hand the importance of maintaining strength and flexibility throughout life.

My exploration of movement began with a fascination for the way the body works. This led me to explore the intricacies of movement ultimately guiding me to become an instructor in both Mat and Reformer Pilates.
​
My focus is on creating personalised sessions that cater to individual needs, promoting not only physical strength and flexibility but also nurturing mental well-being and cultivating a deeper understanding of your body.

Francesca Druce
With a background in dance, I bring a unique approach to Pilates that emphasizes fluidity, strength and grace.

My journey began on the dance floor, where I discovered the importance of body awareness and movement precision.
​
This passion led me to be a Body Controlled Pilates instructor, combining my love for movement with a holistic approach to wellness.
​
In my classes, I focus on helping individuals to develop core strength, improve flexibility and enhance overall body alignment.
​
I believe Pilates is for everyone regardless of experience level, and I strive to create a welcoming and supportive environment for all my clients.

Private 1-to-1
studio classes
Delivered in person at our Iwerne Minster Studio, or remotely via Zoom, this 60 minute class is adapted specifically to your pace and ability, focussing on the areas that you want to improve or gain confidence in. Using mat, reformer, ladder barrel and Wunda chair.

Group
Mat Classes
These in-person group Pilates classes will help to ease tight muscles, improve flexibility & reduce tension throughout the body in a social group setting. Locations have been chosen for their warmth, convenience and facilities.

Online Mat
Classes
Join from the comfort of your own home. We will guide you through every exercise ensuring you get the most from your workout. We use Zoom an easy to use online platform which works with all broadband providers.
